Khet Foods Desi Cow Ghee is prepared using the traditional bilona method from pure, unprocessed A2 milk sourced from indigenous Sahiwal cows. The process begins with fresh raw milk that is gently boiled and naturally set into curd. This curd is then hand-churned using a wooden bilona to extract fresh butter.

The butter is slowly heated over a mild flame, allowing it to transform into rich, aromatic, and nutrient-dense pure ghee. This traditional method preserves all the essential vitamins and goodness that modern processing often destroys.
